The Sock Method
Put on thick socks and wear your new shoes around the house for 1–2 hours a day. The extra volume stretches the shoe gradually.
The Blow Dryer Method
- Put on thick socks and your new shoes
- Apply heat from a blow dryer to tight areas for 20–30 seconds
- Flex your feet while the material is warm
- Keep shoes on until they cool completely
The Freezer Method
- Fill two zip-lock bags with water and place inside the shoes
- Put shoes in the freezer overnight
- As water freezes and expands, it gently stretches the shoe
- Let thaw before removing bags
Gradual Wear Schedule
- Day 1–2: Wear for 1–2 hours indoors
- Day 3–4: Short walks outside (30 minutes)
- Day 5–7: Longer wear periods
- Week 2+: Full day wear
Blister Prevention
- Apply moleskin or blister bandages to hot spots before they develop
- Use anti-chafe balm on heels and toes
- Wear moisture-wicking socks
